User Responsibilities

As a user of RedGem Security services, you agree to:

Service Availability & Limitations

• Is not responsible for third-party service disruptions
• May limit usage based on your subscription plan

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

RedGem Security provides security monitoring services but cannot guarantee:

• Complete protection against all security threats
• Detection of all vulnerabilities or breaches
• Prevention of security incidents
• Accuracy of all monitoring data

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
